OVERSEAS KEYS VIETNAM – ACE GLOBAL LOGISTICS

A TINY CONSIGNMENT – A CLOSE-KNIT RELATIONSHIP

Last month, We-Overseas Keys Viet Nam proceeded a shipment from HCM to Hobart Australia (via Melbourne) with Volume 1 container 20’DC. For this case, we have been accompanying and supporting from a friendly agent in GLA – ACE Global Logistics.

Although the carrier rolled our shipment till 20 days later, it finally departed on 19 June and arrived on 22 July accordingly. DO was released successfully on 23^rd July. We know that this is a small consignment, but we feel the enthusiasm and attention from ACE thanks to their updating from the vessel’s arrival till releasing DO to the consignee.

Actually, Overseas Keys and ACE have been being in a strong relationship for a long time before Overseas Keys joined in GLA. Jason Vuong – director of ACE has been back to Vietnam for many times, we have met and discussed each other directly. ACE is as our brothers in family due to the friendliness of their colleages, especially Vietnamese lovely guys such as: Amy Ly, Carlo Chau, ect...In any cases, ACE always discusses and supports us immediately to finds out the most optimized solution so that the shipment can be cleared smoothly and quickly.
